Production Management
After an order is confirmed in accordance with the terms, the production plan is individually set up.
It is manually done but material management is manipulated using customized computerized software.
Process flow chart depicts the generalized process flow in manufacturing, starting from the entry of orders to shipping
the cargoes out.
Quality control is done in every stage of the process flow to assure the quality requirement of the customer.
To meet the committed delivery the responsible personnel from Planning Department carefully watch the trail
of material in the process flow, whether production is properly progressing according to the plan set up for an
individual order.
We are also preparing to be assessed for the Chain-of-Custody Certification in case Forest Certification is the
prime issue to our customers and to us as well.
